      Extensive research and clinical studies indicate that whitening teeth under the supervision of a dentist is safe. In fact many dentists consider whitening the safest cosmetic dental procedure available. The Zoom!® Advanced Power whitening procedure takes about 1-½ hours from start to finish. Your whitening procedure begins with an oral exam. Impressions of your teeth are then taken for fitted, clear plastic trays to help you manage future teeth staining in the convenience of your home. Next, your teeth are isolated and a whitening gel is applied. The Zoom! Advanced Power light is then used to activate the gel for three 15 minute sessions.
